How do I create a pre-order?

After entering the route, choose a later pickup time and select from the available time slots up to one month in advance. Pre-orders are available in Prague and Brno, if the distance between the route's starting points is greater than 4 km. If you don't see the pre-order option for a specific route, we cannot guarantee availability in your location.

I want to ship a parcel, how do I do it?

In the web application, select the delivery tab.

I need a ride to multiple destinations, how do I do it?

Within the web application, at the destination address, you can add stops that can be used for short stops or passenger drop-offs during the ride.

If you want to transport more people to the same location, use the option to add pickups and provide contact information for each pickup. We inform all passengers about the order and the progress of the ride via SMS.

Do you provide vehicle towing?

At the moment, we do not provide vehicle towing, but we are working on it.

I would like to send a package and have the driver return immediately, is that possible?

In the delivery section, choose the round trip mode. Provide pickup information, which will also serve as the return address. Also, provide destination information from which the driver will return to the pickup location.
